Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the agreement between you and Lumelle Beauty Sdn. Bhd. when you book, attend or enquire about our services. By making a booking, you accept them.
Bookings and deposits
Appointments can be requested through our website form, by phone or by WhatsApp. Some treatments — particularly cosmetic brow tattoo — require a deposit to secure your slot. The deposit is applied to your final bill.
Cancellations and lateness
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit, as the time is reserved exclusively for you. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we have to shorten or reschedule your treatment.
Suitability and patch tests
Certain treatments require a patch test at least 24 hours beforehand. You agree to disclose any allergies, skin conditions, medications, pregnancy or recent treatments that may affect suitability. We reserve the right to decline a service where it would not be safe to proceed.
Aftercare
Results depend in part on following the aftercare guidance we provide. We cannot be responsible for outcomes affected by failure to follow that guidance.
Pricing
Prices shown on the site are a guide and may vary with the density, length or add-ons chosen. Your artist will confirm the price before starting. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit.
Conduct
We want the studio to be a calm, respectful space for everyone. We may decline service to anyone behaving abusively toward our team or other guests.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Beyond that, our liability in connection with any treatment is limited to the amount paid for that treatment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
